COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on all of us. Thank you for your support during these trying and uncertain times. The Stargazer team is still here, still healthy and shipping orders daily. We will keep this page updated as the situation evolves.


Lead times are finally getting shorter instead of longer. However, please consider the following prior to placing your order:

All skillets have longer than normal lead times and can be expected to ship in APPROXIMATELY 8 WEEKS.


All lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not account for time in transit during shipping. Orders ship when all products are available for shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of your order. You will not hear from us again until your order ships. If your order will ship after the stated lead time, we will notify you by email as early as possible

Your card will be charged at the time of your order. All orders are filled in the order they are received. We are currently unable to honor special timing requests.

We are currently seeing unpredictable and sometimes significant shipping delays in transit with all carriers on orders shipping to addresses outside of the contiguous US.

Rest assured that if you place an order with us, you will receive it ASAP. Thank you for your continued patience and support during these trying times!

Our top priority during these uncertain times is the safety of our customers and our employees. We are doing our best to meet the increased demand as new home cooks discover our company while our production process continues to evolve in order to keep everyone safe. We want to go through some of the details of how we are managing the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In most cases, shipping/logistics is regarded as a critical service, so orders shipping to address within the contiguous US will still be delivered without issue. As you would expect, we are starting to see occasional shipping delays in some areas, particularly on orders shipping outside of the contiguous US, so please be cognizant of what is happening in your area prior to placing your order.

The WHO and CDC have stated that there's very little risk of catching or spreading COVID-19 by touching cardboard or other shipping materials. Regardless, out of an abundance of caution, we have adopted a regular regimen of disinfecting surfaces throughout the office and shop. Gloves and respirators are being used, as they always are, in the shop. There are no notable changes in this regard, as the safety of our team and the cleanliness of our products is always a priority.

All office personnel have been ordered to work from home. We have scaled back operations to a small production and fulfillment team, and staggered our shifts, in order to minimize contact. As mentioned earlier, we are still shipping daily and doing our best to meet or beat the lead times listed on our product details pages. We will keep those product pages updated with the most current and accurate timing as best as we can.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act swiftly to implement any changes. Like many other small businesses, this is a challenging time for Stargazer, and we really appreciate your continued support.
