All skillets have longer than normal lead times:
All lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not account for time in transit during shipping.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of your order. You will not hear from us again until your order ships. If your order will ship after the stated lead time, we will notify you by email as early as possible
Your card will be charged at the time of your order. All orders are filled in the order they are received. We are unable to honor special timing requests.
We are currently seeing unpredictable and sometimes significant shipping delays of up to six weeks in transit with all carriers on orders shipping to addresses outside of the contiguous US.

Our top priority during these uncertain times is the safety of our customers and our employees. We are doing our best to meet the increased demand as new home cooks discover our company while our production process continues to evolve in order to keep everyone safe. We want to go through some of the details of how we are managing the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.
The WHO and CDC have stated that there's very little risk of catching or spreading COVID-19 by touching cardboard or other shipping materials. Regardless, out of an abundance of caution, we have adopted a regular regimen of disinfecting surfaces throughout the office and shop. Gloves and respirators are being used, as they always are, in the shop. There are no notable changes in this regard, as the safety of our team and the cleanliness of our products is always a priority.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and act swiftly to implement any changes. Like many other small businesses, this is a challenging time for Stargazer, and we really appreciate your continued support.
