This is our medium-size skillet, perfect when cooking for two, comparable to a vintage size #8. The cooking surface is machined smooth for non-stick performance. The weight is optimized for the perfect balance of heat retention and ease of use. All Stargazer cookware is American-made and backed by our lifetime warranty.

We offer our cookware in two finishes: seasoned or bare. Our seasoned skillets have already been seasoned by us with two coats of our oil blend, made of canola, grapeseed and sunflower oil. Our bare skillets are dipped in mineral oil to protect them in transit. Just wash off the oil and season it however you like.

Non-Stick Action Without the Toxic Chemicals!

I'm a new Stargazer owner (at the recommendation of LeadSafeMama), and I just LOVE it so far. I bought a preseason skillet and I cannot believe how "non stick" it performs!

I’m still considered a new-bee when it comes to cast iron seasoning. Was seasoned yet it didn’t help a bit 🥲! It should work with induction hobs but it was spotty and my seasoning pilled in patches 😅, and wasn’t hot enough!
The gas hob worked great, best with stakes 🥩👍!

If you are a beginner I recommend the cheapest cast iron you can find on eBay!

The best cast-iron skillet love the design

I have bought Teflon pants for years bachelors at my house burned all my Teflon pans hundreds of thousands turned around bought this cast-iron skillet. Had it for about five years they can’t hurt it keeps beating like no tomorrow and it’s fantastic. I would recommend it out of all pants being made other manufactures, stay with cast-iron thank you Frank
