High quality product. what appears to be an aluminum handle is a nice touch, but the instructions recommend that it be removed prior to seasoning the lid.
Finally got my lid and it is perfect! So glad to be able to expand the uses of my Stargazer!
The fit and finish of the lid is perfect. However it took twice as long as originally told to receive it. Wouldn't do another preorder.

It fits the braiser perfectly, has a nice weight to it and seasons easily in the oven. I recently use for a shrimp dish and it performed wonderfully, allowing the shrimp to steam more evenly under the lid.
I ordered both lids on 11/05/2025 when they were first released. I received them both today and they are both perfect. The fit and finish are typical Stargazer quality which is second to none. They were well worth the wait and I’ll be ordering the 10.5” lid as soon as it’s available.
Five stars because the 13.5 inch braiser is great. Can't fairly rate the lid because I've been waiting 7 months since ordering. Super slow.
