Warranty & Returns
Stargazer cookware is built to last many lifetimes and we stand behind it. If your cookware is defective or fails during proper use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you. There is no expiration on this warranty. Your cookware is covered as long as it is used according to our instructions and isn't modified in any way.
Warranty coverage is for manufacturer defects only and does not include damage due to improper use or user error, such as warping due to excessive heat. Seasoning loss and rust can be easily addressed at home and are not eligible for a warranty claim .
If you believe your cookware is defective and eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, if we find the cookware failed due to manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
This warranty applies to cookware products only and does not include apparel and accessories.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 45 days of the order delivery date. Just send us an email at email@example.com to start your return. Please note, we cannot accept returns of products that are damaged or have been used outside of our instructions as stated in our use and care guides, or bare cookware once it has been seasoned.
Returns in the US are free. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to use for the shipment. We will issue a full refund, excluding any upgraded shipping costs, upon receiving your return.
After receiving return authorization, securely pack your order and ship to Stargazer with your preferred carrier. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
