Warranty & Returns


If you are unhappy with your skillet for any reason, we will accept returns within 6 months of the order delivery date–even if you’ve cooked in it. Please contact us and we will send you a shipping label. When we receive the skillet, we will issue a full refund, minus all shipping costs as long as the warranty is not voided.


We stand behind our products. If you believe your skillet is defective, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. If we find the skillet to be defective, you will receive a replacement at no cost. There is no expiration on this warranty. You are covered as long as the skillet is used according to our instructions and wasn’t modified in any way. If treated properly, your cookware should last a lifetime.
