Warranty & Returns


We stand behind our products. Stargazer cookware is heirloom quality, and when treated properly, will last many lifetimes. If your skillet is defective or fails during proper use, we'll replace it at no cost to you. There is no expiration on this warranty. You are covered as long as the skillet is used according to our instructions and isn't modified.

If you believe your skillet is defective, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, if we find the skillet to be defective, we will ship a replacement at no charge.


If you are unhappy with your skillet for any reason, we accept returns within 6 months of the order delivery date, even if you’ve cooked in it. Just send us an email at and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will issue a full refund minus all shipping costs, as long as the warranty is not voided.
