Warranty

We stand behind our products. Stargazer cookware is heirloom quality and should last many lifetimes. If your cookware is defective or fails during proper use, we'll replace it at no cost to you. There is no expiration on this warranty. Your cookware is covered as long as it is used according to our instructions and isn't modified in any way.

Warranty coverage is for manufacturer defects only and does not include damage due to improper use or user error. Failure due to user error includes, but is not limited to, warping due to thermal shock and cracking/breaking due to trauma. Issues such as seasoning loss and rust are repairable and therefore not eligible for warranty replacement. However, we do offer a cookware re-finishing service for $25 plus shipping. Contact us for more details.

If you believe your cookware is defective and eligible for warranty replacement, please contact us and we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, if we find the cookware failed due to manufacturer defect, we will ship a replacement at no charge.

This warranty applies to cookware products only and does not include apparel and accessories.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 45 days of the order delivery date, even if the product has been used. Just send us an email at info@stargazercastiron.com and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will issue a full refund minus all shipping costs, as long as the product is not damaged or modified in any way.

International

Forgiveness Program

We all make mistakes. It's not easy for improper use to damage a Stargazer skillet beyond repair, but if it happens to you, we're here to help. Through our forgiveness program, any skillet damaged outside the warranty terms can be replaced at half price. Broken handle after a fall out a second story window? Warped bottom after you plunged it, red hot, into an ice water bath? This program is for you.

If you have a skillet that you would like to replace, send us an email at info@stargazercastiron.com and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receiving your return shipment, we will issue you a coupon for 50% off the price of a replacement skillet, even if the warranty has been voided.
