I can't believe how versatile and usable this braiser is for it's size - it's lightweight enough that I can effortlessly move it around between storage, the oven, and the stovetop without strain, but it's also equally well suited for deep frying, roasting chicken, and cooking up a quick weekend breakfast. It looks beautiful out of the box and only gets more gorgeous with each use.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company...do it, you won't be disappointed! I love my braiser and use it frequently. I preordered it, and while it took longer than expected the company kept me in the loop.
I would love a lid for it (hint hint)
