10.5-Inch Cast Iron Skillet

I have had my pans for a couple weeks now and so far I am very happy with them. You can tell upon first seeing them, they are made with pride and attention to detail. My only complaint is the edges of the handle, an included leather sleeve, would be a nice touch.

This skillet is perfect. I love the scoop in the handle which doubles as a perch for the spatula. Seasoning is great, and within a week has gotten even better.

This is a great skillet, Just the right size for two people.
For the first use we made cornbread and it came out perfect.
We also made a hashbrown, egg, and ham breakfast and it came out great.
The pan cleans up very easily, Also i would recommend to get the preseason pan. This is our go to pan for daily use.

A few years ago I began to look at how things once were. A simpler Life. A less technical one too. this ranged for many things. With the news that micro-plastics are show to cause mental issues. The decision was simple. No more "coated" cookware. I like slick pans, and StarGazer checked all of the boxes. Sure the name Griswold is thrown around when quality cast iron is discussed. Stargazer has the weight, the quality of Griswold with more benefits. If you have been on the fence about getting a SG. Get the 10.5 and don't look back. I was able to find a glass top for my 10.5 SG. So if that was your hold up, stop with the excuses and get one. I seriously doubt you will regret it. I mean sure anything can happen. Yet slim chance. I like SG so much ive bought the 10.5" for others as gifts. Unlike some gifts that sit and never used. SG's aren't one of those. They always get used.

Not even a comparison, stargazer yields the best results over and over again.. just purchase my 4th product & I also received other brands as gifts & they don’t even come close (which is why I just purchased my 4th!) Don’t hesitate between brands, these cast iron pans will far exceed expectations. 👌🏻
