Our large cast iron skillet is great for family meals. Think 3-4 steaks or cutlets, or a whole head of cauliflower if that's your thing. This size is similar to a vintage size #10.

What Is a Misfit?
Also known as factory seconds, misfits are pans that don't quite meet our quality standards. These are typically cosmetic imperfections that won't affect cooking performance. You may see scuffs or scratches from our finishing process or small dimples on the cast surface of the cookware.
What Is Seasoning?
Seasoning is a layer of fat or oil that is baked onto the iron to protect it and aid in its non-stick properties.
This pan has already been seasoned with a blend of canola, grapeseed, and sunflower oil and will arrive ready to use, right out of the box. This oil blend is 100% certified non-GMO and contains no animal products, so it’s vegetarian/vegan friendly.
