12-Inch Cast Iron Skillet

This has been such a nice pan to have. I cook eggs without them sticking, bake brownies, and use it for all of my stove top cooking as well. Very satisfied with the results! We now own 2 of these pans, the 10" and 12". Would love to see an 8" introduced in the future! Lids would also be amazing to have!

My husband gave me this as a birthday gift. I'm no chef, but I am passionate about cooking. I've got several types of cast iron & this is, by far, my favorite! A little heavy, but manageable. I pan fry or bake chicken in this pan at least once a week. It cooks evenly & cleans up beautifully. This pan will get passed down to my kids for sure. All that's missing is a lid! *nudge, nudge* I'm looking forward to putting the braiser on my Christmas wish list!

Had Friend who uses all makes of cast Iron exclusivley ( 4 makes ) gave me a list of all. Did my research and chose the Stargazer because of reviews , design , and cost. Told my friend I chose the 12" stargazer and he responded with a picture of his with the commentary " My well seasoned go to "

I was trying to replace my pan( trying to avoid non-stick pans) and i just started using this skillet . I love how easy and forgiving it is. Awesome skillet. Cooks eggs/ sears meat / sauté veggies really well. I’ll defn recommend . If i have to nitpick, I would say i wish they came with lids. I am managing with other lids.

I got the 12" skillet for Christmas and then the 13.5" Braiser for Fathers day. Such a joy to cook with and everything taste better! I'm proud of the season job I have done so far and bottom is like glass now. Easy to clean and care for. Highly recommend!!!

The 12inch skillet is a vintage inspired piece made in 2025 but which could have been made in the 1920s. One of the best, most refined cast iron modern skillets you can buy new today. Right up there with Wagner Ware Sidney -O- and with Favorite Piqua Ware, but brand new.
