Really happy with my 12” cast iron skillet purchase! It is a joy to use, is lighter than my other large cast iron pans and holds my spatula on the handle when not in use. Also I haven’t needed a mitt to use the handle except when blasting a steak over very high heat.

It's a perfect pan. Because I couldn't find an unseasoned one in the Netherlands, I ordered one from the Stargazer, and I'm so happy with it. I used it for several purposes, including baking and sauteing.

Went with this pan because of the price and handle length. First thing I cooked was a couple eggs, and they didn't stick at all. I'll be picking up a 10.5" skillet next.
