10.5-Inch Cast Iron Skillet

The seasoning on these pans is great. Very robust. Great cooking surface. Nice long handle. Heats up quickly enough. Very even temps across the pan. The only possible downside is the weight, as they are pretty heavy. Other than that, pretty much perfect.

Beautiful pan, the 10.5’’ can be compact and versatile for the modern kitchen. It is not as heavy as other brands. I’ve had my stargazer for a few weeks and the seasoning has developed a rich burgundy ochre. Quality pan and beautiful.

My workhorse pan in my kitchen

I purchased this pan because it was independently tested by “Lead Safe Mama” and found to be free of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Arsenic, and Antimony. I was previously using Le Creuset cast iron only to learn a majority of their cookware tests positive for high levels of Lead and Cadmium. In addition to being free of “neurotoxic heavy metals,” this pan is high quality and very time I’ve cooked steak, it’s cooked evenly throughout. You can’t go wrong with this pan!

I give this pan a 5 star review. It was a dream come true after lots of research to find a pan that was truly on the list of “ healthy” pans! I bought one for each of our adult children and they love them as much as we do. It’s a great non stick pan and super versatile. Thank you for your attentions to all the details.

I just received my new 10.5 Stargazer. Absolutely beautiful. I have and use many good old pans. At 68 i'm gonna retire my Griswold, was my 10.5 go to pan. I love to cook and very meticulous about my pans. My new chapter. When i'm gone they will all fight over this new pan. Thank you
