Best Cast Iron I've used

I like the smooth finish. It doesn't stick as much as lodge. The Stargazer is definitely the most forgiving non-teflon pan I've tried as far as sticking goes. I like the handle doesn't get too hot and is big enough to more easily lift and tilt the pan to dump food out.
It's still a challenge coming off of teflon pans. You still need to preheat and use enough oil and or butter so food doesn't stick. Maintenance with the seasoning and constant oiling is definitely something to get used to.
