  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Goat cheese, crumbled

The Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add marinara sauce to your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once bubbling, crack open the eggs and add them throughout the sauce. Cook until the whites begin to cook through.
  4. Add the skillet to the oven to allow the yolk to cook, another 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle with cheese and basil. Serve warm.

  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 orange pepper, chopped
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cups chunky salsa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Mini flour tortillas
  • Avocado (if desired)
  • Cilantro (for garnish)

The Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Add a bit of oil to your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in salsa and black beans and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  4. Make small grooves with a spoon into your mixture and crack an egg into each groove. Cook for a few minutes so the whites begin to cook.
  5. Transfer your skillet to the oven and cook again until yolks are slightly cooked but still runny. Add avocado, if desired, and garnish with cilantro. Serve warm with tortillas.

  • 1 roll out pie crust
  • 1 (7.5 oz) container chive and onion cream cheese
  • Chives, roughly chopped
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes on the vine
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

The Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out pie crust to fit your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet.
  3. In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese, eggs, chives, parmesan cheese, flour, and salt. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  4. Slice tomatoes and add to the top of the tart. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Slice and serve warm.

  • 1 family size pizza crust
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • ½ cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 slices salami
  • Fresh arugula
  • Kalamata olives
  • Green olives
  • Italian seasoning

THE STEPS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the pizza crust into a circle to fit your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet, with enough to fold over the edges.
  3. Spread pesto sauce onto the top and sprinkle with cheese. Add salami pieces and olives throughout. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with arugula. Serve warm.

Caramelized Onion Brie Quiche

THE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pastry dough roll (approximately 9 oz)
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 Brie cheese slice (7 oz), cut into chunks
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

THE STEPS
  1. Heat your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet to medium high heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  2. Add the sliced onions, mix well with the butter, and bring the heat to low temperature. Let the onions cook slowly until they are brown and soft, about 25 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat, and remove the onions and set aside, allowing them to cool (do not clean the skillet).
  3. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  4. Once your skillet has cooled, spread the dough over the skillet. If the dough is square, cut the triangles that form outside of the skillet.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the heavy cream, brie cheese chunks, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese and parsley (save a bit of parsley for garnish).
  6. Pour the eggs and cream mix over the dough. Using a pastry brush, brush the edges of the dough with a bit of the eggs and cream mixture.
  7. Place your skillet in the oven, baking for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
  8. Let the quiche cool and add remaining parsley for garnish. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve and enjoy!

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. 
  • Beat eggs, milk, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in ham, cheese, onion, and bell peppers.
  • Coat your Stargazer Cast Iron skillet with butter and pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour, or until eggs are cooked and set. 
  • Sprinkle with green onions and top with avocado. Serve warm and enjoy!
